All loan applications that fully meet the product criteria and are within the ceiling of IQD 30 million, with no exceptions, may be processed following the approval of both the Credit Review Department Manager and the Credit Implementation Department Manager. This is conditional on the absence of any exceptions to the product terms and no negative findings or previous defaults in the credit bureau report.

Applications exceeding IQD 30 million, or those involving exceptions or credit bureau findings indicating banking risks or previous defaults, must be submitted to the Minor Credit Committee for a final credit decision

Reliance is placed on the lists provided by the Central Bank of Iraq regarding the approved companies. In the event that new companies enter the market, they are required to provide an official letter from the Central Bank of Iraq confirming their approval under the initiative, in a manner that does not affect the bank’s compliance with the initiative
