    • If the loan amount exceeds 10 million IQD, the borrower must provide a government employee guarantor.
    • The borrower must seek a property mortgage (optional).

    • The borrower must be a government employee with domiciled salary with IDB.
    • The borrower must issue a life insurance policy.
    • The borrower should not exceed the age of 59 years by the time of settlement.
    • The borrower’s net salary should be twice the amount of the monthly installments, the debt burden ratio shall not exceed 50% of the borrower's.
