International Development Bank - UAE Branch Joins the List of Approved Banks at Dubai Land Department

We are proud to announce the inclusion of the "International Development Bank - UAE Branch" to the list of approved banks by the Dubai Land Department, following the signing of a pivotal agreement appointing the bank as the escrow agent for real estate development projects in the Emirate.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Ziad Khalaf Abdul, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Development Bank, and Engineer Marwan bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department.

Dr. Ziad Khalaf Abdul expressed his pride in this strategic partnership, highlighting that it represents a significant milestone in the support of the real estate sector and the sustainable digital transformation in line with Dubai’s ambitious D33 economic agenda.
