  • This position is concerned with managing personnel and administrative and technical services.
  • Assisting in leading HR projects such as reviewing compensation plans, implementing the functional HR management system, and internal databases across all departments.
  • Includes implementing the bank's general policies, overseeing workforce planning, supervising all personnel management activities, assisting in recruitment, performance evaluation, motivation, training and development, job description, and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in leading HR projects such as reviewing compensation plans.
  • Assisting in implementing the functional HR management system and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Assisting in supervising performance appraisal and payroll systems.
  • Reviewing HR department policies and procedures for updates.
  • Assisting in reviewing and updating employment contracts and related agreements.
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all bank employees to update them according to developments.
  • Tracking key HR metrics such as cost per hire and retention rates.
  • Assisting in managing internal communication projects (such as job satisfaction surveys).
